University of Widya Kartika (UWIKA) once again, established relation with educational institutions abroad. This time the delegation of Qingdao Technological University China, Mr. West, who was the Director Of International Center from Qingdao Technological University China established partnership with UWIKA.
The visit, on Friday, December 13, 2013 was held in UWIKA’s Meeting Room. The delegations were welcomed by UWIKA’s Director of the International Center, Drs. Melvin Pristyo,MBA., M.M.; Vice Rector II, Dra. Felicia O. Dien Koeswanto; Coordinator of Professional Business, Erwin Rediono Tan, MBA.; and the Head of Chinese Study Program, Ong Peter Leonardo, BA., M.Ed.
In this meeting, the delegations from Qingdao Technological University exposed their campus’ profiles. They explained that they had a lot of international students who came from various countries. One of the purposes from the visit of Qingdao Technological University China’s delegation to UWIKA was to establish cooperation dealing with student exchange program. This visit was expected to be the first step for both universities to establish cooperation.
There was a very good cooperation opportunity which could be established between UWIKA and Qingdao Technological University of China, considering UWIKA had established many kinds of cooperation with universities in China in various fields.***
